Signature Fundraiser

About the Project
Jingle Jangle Jam annual signature fundraiser / friendraiser benefiting Eckerd Kids. Developed to maximize donor engagement and brand awareness within the Tampa Bay community.  This yearly event has continuously exceed it's fundraising goal by approx. 20-30% gross through sponsors cultivation and grows nearly 15% with new guest impression. Currently on it's 9th year - Their special guest key speaker/entertainment, venue themes/designs and the integration of new media technologies make this one of Tampa's best holiday children charity event.

Responsibilities

• Developed visual concepts for each year's theme.
• Coordinated, supported or created all event multimedia PowerPoint presentation, PSA's and event's video segments.
• Audio / Visual live program support.
• Created all supporting event materials developed such as -  save the date mailers, advertisements, invitation, signage and displays, event program,  internet and social media visual presence
